Spectrum Foods has launched a new line of certified non-GMO and organic soy ingredients under the Nexsoy® brand name. Currently, the Nexsoy product line includes expeller-pressed and physically refined soybean oil, low-fat soy flour and soy grits, soy and rice cereal bases and a complete line of textured soy proteins (TSP). All of the products in the Nexsoy line are also certified kosher.
